Villa Paolo is surrounded by an extensive garden and protected by trees, its position is high enough above the south-west shores of Lake Garda to offer stunning views across Italy’s largest lake. It is situated between an ancient monastery on the edge of the unspoilt village of San Felice del Benaco and the busy resort of Manerba where the mighty Rock of Manerba makes a stark, interesting skyline.

This is a house that makes full use of its location, encompassing garden retreats, sweeping views and outdoor dining as much as possible. Inside there is an immense living/cooking/dining area which opens to the terrace, blurring the distinction, for those who choose, between inside and out. The decor is modern, light and airy, with a pale blue colour theme running throughout the sofas, kitchen furniture, curtains, beds, bed linen, towels and blankets. The villa has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

There is an extensive public beach within fifteen minutes’ walk or a few minutes’ drive of the villa. All the usual water amenities are available and nearby you will find a number of good golf courses. There are cafes, bars and pizzerias to suit all tastes around the lake, and some restaurants can boast exceptional cuisine with ingredients grown or fished locally.
